Handling replies and the deal pipeline
Short answer: Replies from every connected mailbox arrive in Pink Post's unified inbox, grouped into threads with quoted text hidden and auto-labelled (interested, negotiating, later, not interested, wrong person). Reply in-thread, then move the prospect on the pipeline, record the price and link URLs, and Pink Post checks that the won link stays live.
Steps
- Check the inbox. Open Inbox, start with the Unread tab. Use Check now to fetch new mail immediately.
- Triage with labels. Filter by label. Correct any label from the thread view.
- Reply in thread. Write your answer in the composer; it is sent from the original account in the same thread.
- Update the pipeline. Open the prospect card on Pipeline, set the stage and the agreed price.
- Record the live link. When published, add the page URL and your target URL, set stage to Link live. Pink Post checks it on a schedule.
Inbox tabs
- Replies: real human answers. The sequence stops automatically.
- Out of office: auto-replies, so you can follow up later.
- Bounces: undeliverable addresses.
- Unread: what still needs your attention.
Pipeline stages
New, Contacted, Replied, Negotiating, Deal done, Link live. Column totals show the deal value in each stage.
