Getting started with Pink Post
Short answer: To get started with Pink Post, create a free account, connect one mailbox over SMTP/IMAP, check your SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, import a CSV of prospects, and launch a Quick campaign. The whole setup takes about 15 minutes.
Steps
- Create your account. Click Start free and register with your email and a password of 8 or more characters.
- Connect a mailbox. Go to Email accounts, add your SMTP and IMAP details, and run the connection test.
- Check your DNS. In Settings, run the DNS check for your sending domain and fix any missing SPF, DKIM or DMARC records.
- Import prospects. Download the CSV template or copy the Google Sheet template, fill it in and import it under Prospects.
- Launch a Quick campaign. Open Campaigns, New campaign, pick a Quick template, choose your list and accounts, then activate.
Before you start
You need a mailbox you can send from (for example Google Workspace, Zoho, Hostinger or any hosting mailbox) and access to the DNS settings of its domain. A separate outreach domain, such as getyourbrand.com instead of yourbrand.com, protects your main domain.
The dashboard
Once you are in, the dashboard shows emails sent, replies, active campaigns, deals and live links. The sidebar takes you to Campaigns, Inbox, Prospects, Pipeline, Templates, Email accounts, Analytics and Settings.
