Is Pink Post really free?
Yes. Every feature is free for all users until October 31, 2026. Pricing after that has not been announced yet; we will announce it on the pricing page before anything changes, and you can export all your data at any time.
Will my emails land in spam?
Nobody can promise inbox placement, but Pink Post gives you the tools that matter: warm-up ramp, daily and hourly limits, random delays, send windows, plain-text emails with tracking off by default, a DNS checker for SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and automatic pause on high bounce rates.
Which email providers work?
Any provider that offers SMTP and IMAP, such as Gmail and Google Workspace (app password or OAuth), Zoho, Hostinger, Outlook and most hosting mailboxes. You can also send through a relay like Brevo with your own SMTP key.
Do I need technical skills?
No. If you can copy a DNS record and paste an SMTP password you can use Pink Post. Our step-by-step guides walk through every screen.
How is this different from Respona or Instantly?
Respona is now a done-for-you service that sells link placements per result (from $100 per link as of October 2026). Instantly is cold email software for sales (from $47/mo).
