What this website collects

This marketing site uses no tracking or analytics scripts and sets no cookies, apart from remembering your light or dark theme in your browser. The Deliverability X-ray sends the domain you enter directly from your browser to Cloudflare's public DNS resolver.

What the app stores

Your account email and password hash, your connected mailbox settings (passwords and tokens encrypted), the prospects you import, and the emails sent and received through your campaigns. We use this only to provide the service.

Your prospects' data

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact your prospects and for honouring opt-outs. Pink Post helps with unsubscribe links, a blocklist and do-not-contact flags.

Sharing

We do not sell or pool your data. Third parties you connect (for example your email provider, Brevo, or AI providers if you add keys) process data under their own terms.

Your rights
