What it does

Open tracking (pixel, HTML emails only) and click tracking are per-campaign switches, both off by default because tracking can hurt deliverability. Plain text or HTML can be chosen per step.

How it works

Open campaign settings.
Tick Track opens or Track clicks only if you need them.
Analytics show opens and clicks for tracked campaigns.

Tips

For blogger outreach, plain text without tracking usually performs best.
